Our Team
Prior to starting Elias Construction, Mickey worked as a finish carpenter and still enjoys getting out his tool belt, whether it’s on the job site helping the Elias crew or around his home. When not swinging a hammer or managing the company, Mickey spends his time with his wife, Holly, and their two young children, Owen and Cora, at their country home Annendale Acres.

Bill specializes in designing interior spaces that are not only beautiful, but efficient and
functional. Bill and his wife, Kristi, have four wonderful children, Kadyn, Kaige, Khord and Kohen.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, fishing and working on
projects around his yard.

Anton graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2016 with a degree in Construction Management and joined Elias Construction in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Tessa, their daughter Haven, and their dogs Luna and Milo. Lazy days - especially by the pool - top the list of favorite activities to do currently, but he also loves camping, golfing, tackling home projects, and exploring new destinations with his family whenever they can.

Jessica has worked in the design industry for over a decade and has an A.A.S in Interior Design. She joined Elias in 2018 and loves developing relationships with clients and designing beautiful spaces with them. A forever Vikings fan, Jessica also enjoys as much time as possible relaxing up north and spending time with her three sons Wes, Owen & Graham and her better half, Dean.

Originally from South Dakota, Kandice brought her creativity and passion for marketing and design to the Rochester area in 2017. With a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Interior Design from SDSU, she's all about crafting engaging experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with husband John and boys Jack and Cole, going on outdoor adventures, sports events, and road trips. And when she has time, Kandice loves getting creative in the kitchen while decorating sugar cookies!

Holly earned her degree in computer graphics from RCTC and now brings her creativity and organization to her dual roles as Sales Administrative Assistant at Elias Construction and Operations Manager at Completely Clean. Holly lives in Byron with her husband Mickey, their two children, Owen and Cora, and lots of animals—including two dogs, three cats, and ten chickens at their cozy country home. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her crafting something fun or treasure hunting at a thrift store.

Michele joined Elias Construction in January 2019 as our Office Coordinator assisting with administrative tasks before moving into the Administrative Manager role in 2021. She has a passion for numbers and Excel which makes her thrive as our Finance Controller as well. Outside of work she is always busy with some sort of crafting, landscaping or DIY project – from painting to decorating and organizing anything in sight, and along with her significant other, Jon, they love to take on remodel projects of their own!

Trisha Roeker joined Elias Construction after over 15 years in education, bringing exceptional organization, communication, and teamwork skills. A Blooming Prairie native and RCTC graduate in Child Development, she transitioned into construction inspired by her passion for design, project coordination, and quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, Trisha enjoys spending time at home with her three children - Emery, Calum, and Camron.

Nate entered the trades in 2007 by way of the Carpentry Program at RCTC. After working a few years for a custom home builder in Plainview, he became a licensed general contractor himself in 2010. Having been friends with Mickey since age 17, coming on as Lead Carpenter for Elias Construction in 2013 was a no-brainer and made for an extremely smooth transition. When Nate isn’t swinging a hammer, you can find him with his family. He enjoys taking trips with his life partner, Marie, and their son and likes going for bike rides and attending the occasional concert.

James was born and raised in Rochester and resides there to this day. He has 25 years of experience and had his own finish carpentry business. James considers himself a family man with three kids, a people person and an artist.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Jon joined Elias Construction in the fall of 2024. His journey has taken him from building in North Dakota to crafting custom homes in the Heart of the Lakes area, plus lots of travel for specialized construction across the Upper Midwest. One of the most rewarding aspects of his career has been mentoring the next generation of tradesmen. When he’s off the clock, Jon loves boating with family and friends, horse racing, and traveling to new places.

Dan entered the trades full time in 2009 after years of towing cars in Minneapolis. He recently married his wife, Hillary, and they currently live in Byron with their son, Dylan, and five pets. In his free time, Dan likes to travel, fish, spend time with family and binge-watch various series on TV.

Erik is a carpenter on our team who got his start as a summer apprentice and quickly moved up to a full-time role. Growing up in Byron, he discovered his interest in the trades through high school shop classes, where he enjoyed hands-on projects and learning new skills. Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time outdoors - riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles, fishing, and staying active. A lifelong athlete, he also grew up playing baseball and hockey, which taught him the value of teamwork and persistence.

Will joined the Elias team in the summer of 2025. He brings 8 years of experience in the trades with a focus on carpentry. He's passionate about efficiency, creative problem solving, and quality work. In his free time he loves snowmobiling, woodworking, and spending time with his nieces and nephew. Especially at the family cabin!

Luke is a talented cabinet installer who discovered his passion early, building cabinets alongside his father in the family shop. With hands-on experience in every part of the process - from unloading boards off the truck to securing the finished pieces to the walls - he takes pride in quality craftsmanship. When he’s not working, Luke enjoys spending time with his fiancée and three bonus children, checking out car shows, hitting the golf course, and taking on any adventure that comes his way.

Dick is our Cabinet Shop Manager and has 40 years of cabinetry experience. He owned Mountain Oaks Cabinetry in Austin, MN for 28 years before joining the Elias team. Dick and his wife, Kay, reside in Dexter, MN and have been married for 42 years with two children and four grandchildren.

John lives in St. Ansgar, Iowa with his wife Allison and three kids, Lucas, Maddie and Hunter. Before joining the Elias team, he worked side by side with his Dad for 16 years at Mountain Oaks Cabinetry in Austin, MN. In his free time, John likes to be outside with his family, watch Minnesota sports, and investigate the paranormal.

Curtis, a Rochester native, joined Elias Construction in the summer of 2024, bringing six years of woodworking experience and a strong passion for craftsmanship to the Custom Cabinetry team. Off the clock, he loves a good round of golf, spending time with family and friends, catching live music at concerts, and is always ready for a tropical escape-especially if it includes a long walk on the beach and soaking up the sun.

Tim brings 8 years of cabinetry experience to the Elias Custom Cabinetry team, with hands-on expertise in every stage of the cabinet-making process. His favorite part? The finishing work - where each piece really comes to life. Originally from northern Minnesota, Tim now lives in the area with his big family. When he's not in the shop, you can find him watching a hockey game or tuning into a round of golf.
