Most major home additions start around $250,000 to upwards of $1,000,000. In nearly all instances we can create architectural drawings and plans in-house for you to approve. We coordinate all entities to make sure the process remains worry free.  It takes approximately one month from initial consultation to having a proposal ready for you to review if the project scope is pretty straightforward. If there is no floorplan finalized, the process moves into the design phase and can add a few additional months before a plan and proposal is ready.
