We're looking for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of carpentry work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a respected, relationship-driven company.

Position Overview

The Carpenter is responsible for coordinating and executing project tasks as directed by the Project Manager while maintaining Elias Construction's high standards for quality, communication, and professionalism. Candidates should have 5+ years of carpentry experience and strong overall construction knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of general carpentry tasks
  • Execute projects with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, team members, trade partners, and clients
  • Maintain organized, clean, and efficient job sites
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
  • Represent Elias Construction professionally on every project
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of carpentry experience required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comprehensive construction knowledge
  • Remodeling & residential construction experience preferred
