I have had other contractors in the past and found that Mickey Elias is one of the best. He Keeps you well informed, workmanship is exceptional. You know you have the right perosn on the project when the building inspector makes a notation on the bottom of the permit " Excellent job". I would definitely recommend Elias Construction to anyone looking for a contractor.
ReplyDeleteMickey came out and gave me some good ideas on finishing the flooring. He is very knowlegable, trustworthy and professional. He also responds promptly to emails and phone calls. Mickey made sure when he was finished with the job that I was satisfied with his work. Our flooring turned out to look excellent! I would recommend Mickey to any friends and family and look forward to hiring him for any future jobs

ReplyDeleteMickey Elias did a wonderful job helping me finish my basement. He build a door frame, window jam extensions, and installed all of my casings and floor boards in half the time (and at half the cost) the next closest bid projected. After meeting with three service providers, I chose to go with Mickey not only because he was the “low bid” but because he appeared to be both knowledgeable and confident in the task. I will recommend Mickey to my friends, family, and neighbors, and plan to use him again for future projects
ReplyDeleteAfter interviewing seven contractors to rebuild our deck and screen porch, we chose Mickey Elias. He was the most knowledgeable, straightforward and honest of the bunch. He cares about the quality of his work and is open to offering advice and making recommendations backed up with his personal research.
ReplyDeleteWe also had Mickey's crew give us a new roof. His was the lowest of six bids, his crew was fast and efficient, and their cleanup and care for the shrubs was excellent.
New we are planning to add a wet bar to our lower level and Mickey is on top of getting the reliable subs and planning every detail.
It has been fun watching him grow as a new contractor and the pride he takes in a job well done.
We got a beautiful basement and couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Mickey went the extra mile for us.
